Author Visit

During the Summer Term, we have been fortunate to enjoy a visit from award winning author Nigel Lungenmuss-Ward. Nigel's message to the children was to dream big and this was not only evident through the message in his story but also by the fact that the book is illustrated by his 9 year old son Robbie. As well as sharing his story Freddie's Impossible Dream, Nigel worked with the children to write their own stories based on the character Crabby. At Diss, we want to promote the love of reading and this was an amazing opportunity for our children, who rose to the occasion, writing some fantastic stories.
